February 21, 2008 Show

New music from Nick Cave on the show. I also talked a little about the video to this song, which is spectacular. If you haven't seen it yet, check out the link below. Nick Cave dances and sports the most fabulous mustache in the history of mustaches.

February 14, 2008 Show

This week's show fell on Valentine's Day. Yes, the bogus holiday exploited by the greeting card companies, among others. So, what the heck, we joined the fray and played nothing but "love songs."

New Show Time

As mentioned earlier, the radio station has changed its programming schedule, as it does every semester. This is college radio, folks. Since I am not a student and only a staff/community member, I get to pick through the scraps of the remaining time slots.

Anyway, new day and time (and length!) for the show: Thursdays from 7-8PM.

Leaner and meaner.

February 1, 2008 Show

Tonight we featured a birthday gift from the Mrs.: the No Thanks! box set put out by Rhino.

We also learned that the programming schedule at the radio station changed for the Spring semester, which means that the show will no longer be broadcast live on Fridays from 6-8PM. Stay tuned for the new day and time. I will post it here as soon as I find out. Thanks for listening.
